Eligibility Conditions
Candidates applying for this post must meet the following conditions:
- Deputation from:
- Officers of Central Government / State Government / Union Territories / Universities / Recognized Research Institutes / Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory or Autonomous Organizations.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years’ experience in reception, protocol, or related administrative duties in a Government department or recognized organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will handle important reception and protocol duties, including:
- Receiving and assisting visitors/delegations.
- Coordinating with Ministries, Government departments, and foreign dignitaries.
- Making arrangements for conferences, seminars, and official meetings.
- Managing protocol arrangements during official events.
- Liaising with hotels, airports, and other protocol agencies.
Period of Deputation
- Initial deputation period: 3 years (extendable as per Government rules).
- Deputation includes Short Term Contract (STC).
Age Limit
- Maximum age limit for deputation: 56 years (as on closing date of application).
